About ZeroStress
ZeroStress.net is a collection of practical tools for moments when a schedule, task list or decision has become difficult to organise.
The site focuses on everyday mental load. You can use it to sort an overloaded list, compare priorities, check whether a plan fits the time available, break a large task into smaller actions, estimate the time consumed by meetings or email, prepare for a deadline, or close a workday with fewer loose ends.
The name is aspirational. ZeroStress does not claim that stress can be eliminated, and the site does not diagnose or treat stress, anxiety, burnout or any other medical or psychological condition.
Why the site is tool-first
Many stressful situations become harder when the next action is unclear. A useful calculator or sorting exercise can sometimes provide more value than another long article.
That is why interactive tools sit at the centre of ZeroStress. Supporting guides exist to explain practical approaches, tool methodology and common planning problems. We do not publish pages simply because a keyword exists.
How the tools are built
Most ZeroStress tools use arithmetic, rule-based logic or categories chosen by the visitor. Calculations and scoring methods are explained on the relevant page where they affect interpretation.
Where practical, personal entries are processed in the browser rather than sent to our server. A brain dump, task list or decision comparison should not need to become stored account data just to produce a result.
Who writes the site
ZeroStress.net content is published and maintained under the ZeroStress.net name. The site does not currently use individual author bylines.
Content is written to help visitors use the tools, understand how results are calculated and make sense of the practical topics covered by the site. When we include factual claims that need external support, we use relevant sources and link to them where they help readers verify the information.
Health and medical information is provided only for general informational purposes. ZeroStress does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you need guidance about your own health, consult a doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.
Corrections
If you find a calculation problem, broken page, factual error or unclear explanation, use the contact page. Corrections should improve the page itself rather than quietly changing publication dates to make old material appear new.
