Plan Your Day
Workload Check
Compare your planned work with the time you actually have available.
Use this to compare the work planned for today with the hours that are genuinely available.
How this tool works
Usable time = available hours − fixed commitments − chosen buffer. Remaining capacity = usable time − planned task hours.
How to read the result
A negative result means the plan contains more estimated work than the available time you entered. You can move work, reduce scope, delegate or change the assumptions.
Example
If you have eight hours available, three hours of fixed commitments and one hour of buffer, only four hours remain for planned tasks. A six-hour task list is therefore two hours over capacity.
What to watch for
- Fixed commitments should include routine work that already owns time, not only meetings.
- A buffer is deliberately unused capacity. Removing it may make the arithmetic fit while making the real day more fragile.

Limitations
Use the result as a planning aid. ZeroStress tools do not diagnose stress, anxiety, burnout or any other medical or psychological condition. Financial tools provide arithmetic and scenario comparisons rather than personal financial advice. Important medical, legal, financial, safety or other professional decisions require appropriate professional advice.
